You can have multiple community profiles with multiple partner profiles. Many to Many trading is possible.
In Axway B2Bi-
You create a partner profile corresponding to the community. So it appears like partner to partner communications.
In Sterling B2B Integrator-
Sterling B2B Integrator AS2 Edition is limited to a “one hub, many spokes” configuration (that is, you can send AS2 documents to many partners and receive AS2 documents from those partners, but a “many-to-many” trading partner scenario is not supported).

It does not allow to import the expired certificates but you can able to import the certificates which are valid from a future date. You can not use either expired or future certificates in any case even if you have in the system.

The system will allow the use of certificates that have expired, or have future go-live dates. This is to support both backwards compatibility and scenarios where partners do not provide an updated certificate but need business continuity.
